- What progress was made towards your vision or mission?
- Does your team know what was accomplished and how they contributed?
- Assess direction – where are you going?
- Revisit your purpose and vision/mission statement(s) – is your chosen direction still valid?
- During 2014, what key 3 goals do you want to achieve?
- Is it time to reconsider purpose or refine your vision/mission?
- Seek improvement – what can be done better?
- What did not go according to plan and why?
- What might have been done differently to alter that result?
- How can you avoid the same mistakes and learn from the knowledge you earned?
